Diana is the Health Adviser for the renowned Shackletons  – traditional furniture makers

She co-authored Sod Sitting Get Moving with Professor Sir Muir Gray in 2017 with Bloomsbury Publishing which has been a best selling success.

Diana’s  successful career as a fitness guru has spanned five decades and even includes a tour of the UK and Ireland with the stage show ‘Calendar Girls’.
